🧀 Semi-hard cheeses are softer and can usually be seen melted on sandwiches, burgers, and fondue. These cheeses are aged from 1 month up to 1 year.

🧀 Blue-mold cheeses have that distinct white and blue marbling. The flavor ranges from mild to assertive to quite pungent. These cheeses are aged from 2-5 months.

🧀 White-mold cheeses are soft, rich, and spreadable with mushroom-like tones. These cheeses are aged for 3-5 weeks.

🧀 Fresh Cheeses are creamy, easily spreadable, and quite mild. These cheeses are usually not aged and eaten fresh.
