| Giusab sa Department of Transportation (DOTr) ang bahin sa Memorandum Circular No. 2020-031, aron “tangtangon ang bahin nga gitugotan ang eye protector” isip alternatibo sa face shield.

“Strictly require all drivers, conductors, and passengers of PUVs to wear face masks and face shields inside PUVs. Failure to wear face mask and face shield shall be a reasonable ground to refuse/deny borading in PUV,” basa sa DOTr memorandum circular no. 2020-033.
