Sorsogon State University Laboratory High School is now accepting applicants for the Junior High School (Grade 7) Admission Test for A.Y. 2026–2027!

📆 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐝: November 3, 2025 to January 9, 2026

✍️ 𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐞: February 7, 2026

💻 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐯𝐢𝐚 𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐞-𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐨𝐫 𝐎𝐏𝐀𝐒.

𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:

✅ Duly signed Certification (FM-ADS-003C) generated by OPAS after successful online registration
✅ one piece 2"x2" recent ID picture with white background and name tag showing signature over printed full name in the format LAST NAME, FIRST NAME M.I. (e.g DELA CRUZ, JUAN A.); same photo uploaded during the registration
✅ Certification from the School Principal or Class Adviser that the applicant is graduating or expected to graduate at the current school year
✅ Photocopy of Form 138/Report Card (Grade 5)
✅ one piece short size yellow folder (not plastic)
✅ Official receipt of payment for the testing fee (Php 250.00)

📍 𝐓𝐎 𝐑𝐄𝐆𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐑, use a web browser (recommended: Google Chrome) and go to 🔗admission.sorsu.edu.ph. Create an OPAS account, validate e-mail and completely accomplish forms online.

𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐂𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐒:

👉 Register online successfully via OPAS to download and print the Certification as proof of registration.
👉 Sign the Certification and present it to the Cashier's Clerk for the payment of testing fee. Wait for the official receipt of payment before leaving the Cashier's Office. (payment is until 4pm)
👉 Submit the complete application requirements at the Admission Services Office. (Mondays to Fridays 8am to 5pm)
👉 Answer customer feedback form to download and print Test Permit.

In line with Republic Act No. 9492 (s. 2007), the last Monday of August is designated as a national holiday to celebrate this meaningful occasion.
