We often say yes to different situations because we think it's good for us. But did we really think about it? Did we really consider if it would do us any good?
A lot of us get distracted when we make decisions, especially unplanned ones. For us to avoid that, we must know when to say no; because, it's only by saying no that we can concentrate more on the things that are really important.
