WHY DO I HAVE TO EXPLAIN?????
Heard so many comments about this issue and here’s my answer to it.

So as you all know Apache cafe is using a low pressured espresso machine so this means it can literaly just make “ONE COFFEE AT A TIME”. But because I was trained to use espresso machine I don’t just extract coffee and mix beverages. I have standard to follow like dosage, extraction time, good shot or bad. The thing is when I get a bulk orders my machine can only cater 30-50 drinks a day. But because I know the capability of this machine I do everything I could to make every drinks perfectly brewed.

Sooooo if you order to us and we deliver a little late or longer sometime. Hehe I hope you understand now. 🥰 Because you read this and you already know my reasons. Because we are planning to buy a Commercial Espresso machine so we can continue giving you a quality drinks and soon experience as we have a good plans for the cafe.
