The Verde Island Passage at Risk Get informed: How do San Miguel's actions risk the Verde Island Passage?

So glad to get a decent photo of these 2 Hypselodoris tryoni (Garrett, 1873). Had issues with my strobe so not the best detail but still a beautiful picture none the less.
H. tryoni are commonly found in pairs or more because they have a trailing behavior where one will follow directly behind the other an so forth. It appears to me that these 2 are possibly mating but couldn’t observe the underside to verify.
