Started the day with a dry Frenzel equalization session to sharpen technique before heading to open water for line training and applying everything. Better equalization, building efficiency, control, and confidence. Relaxed, efficient, and mindful dives all day. Wrapped it up with an afternoon fundive to end the day with good vibes and a little celebration. ✨
