Qualifications:
> Must be able to work in hot conditions inside the restaurant kitchen.
> Must be able to make and prepare dimsum dishes (Pork Siomai, Japanese Siomai, Siopao, Dumplings, etc.)
> Must be willing to work on Weekends.
> Must be able to make a wide variety of Cantonese Dishes
> Must be willing to learn and teach recipes.
> Having knowledge in roasting, and marination is a plus!
> Having experience as a Cantonese Chef/Cook is a plus.
> Must be able to start immediately.
