Celebrating the Feast Day of Saint Dominic Savio — a young saint who showed us that holiness can be lived out even in our daily life. May we follow his example of loving Jesus and Mary, being kind to others, and faithfully doing our duties each day. As we honor him today, we offer this prayer:

O Saint Dominic Savio, who learned at the school of Saint John Bosco to grow in holiness, help us to follow you in your love for Jesus and Mary, in your love for others and in your diligence in fulfilling your duties. Pray that we too, by resolving to die rather than offending God, may come at last to the eternal joys in heaven. Amen.
