We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Officer to join our team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with unit inquiries, schedule and facilitate viewings, and ensure units are properly inspected and ready for occupancy
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and condition of unoccupied units, and update Move-In/Move-Out records
• Handle client inquiries via phone and email, and maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer reservation list.
• Prepare, organize, and manage documentation, including scanning and filing relevant records and reports
• Create and post advertisements on social media platforms
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by management

🔹 Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
• Ability to multitask and work independently

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Marketing Officer to join our team. The role involves assisting clients, managing documentation, monitoring payments, and supporting property marketing and administrative operations.

✨ Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Assist clients with inquiries and concerns.
🔹 Prepares, process and discuss contracts.
🔹 Manage collections, billing, and proper filing of records.
🔹 Monitor payment due dates and account disconnections.
🔹 Coordinate unit viewings and support marketing activities
🔹 Provide administrative support and performing occasional off-site tasks (e.g., buying office materials).

💡 Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
✅ Experience in billing, collection, or administrative work is an advantage.
