• Mga papasok sa Kindergarten (Dapat ay 5 taong gulang na sa o bago mag-Oktubre 31, 2026).

• Mga papasok sa Grade 1 (Dapat ay magtatapos ng Kindergarten sa S.Y. 2025-2026).

• Mga Balik-Aral at Transferees.

📑 Anong mga dokumento ang kailangan?
• Photocopy ng PSA Birth Certificate (para sa Kinder at Grade 1).

• Report Card mula sa huling baitang na pinanggalingan (para sa Balik-Aral at Transferee).

Huwag hintayin ang huling araw! Magparehistro nang maaga para sa mas maayos na paghahanda sa pasukan.
