Mabalacat National High School warmly welcomed Dr. Ramil G. Ilustre, Regional EPS in English and SPFL in-charge, and Dr. Abigay G. Amar, Division EPS in English and SPFL in-charge, during their official visit on June 24, 2026.

Led by Principal Jessica T. Sison and SPFL Coordinator Jasper R. Catanduanes, the engagement highlighted the school’s commitment to strengthening the Special Program in Foreign Language (SPFL) Chinese Mandarin and advancing excellence in foreign language education.
