🌱 Turn-Over of Agricultural Inputs for Gulayan sa Bayan Program 🌱

Malampusong gipahigayon ang turn-over sa mga agricultural inputs alang sa Gulayan sa Bayan Program nga gipondohan sa HVCDP Region XI, pinaagi sa inisyatibo sa Local Government Unit of Lupon ubos sa liderato ni Mayor Santos Q. Alonzo Jr., kauban ang Municipal Agriculture Office (MAGRO). Kini nga kalihokan kabahin sa padayon nga paningkamot sa lokal nga gobyerno sa pagpalig-on sa food security, urban gardening, ug panginabuhian sa komunidad.

Ang mga maong inputs gidawat sa Pangkabuhayan sa mga Kababaihan tungo sa Kaunlaran ng ating Agricultura at Pangisdaang Pamayanan Association (PKKAPPA) nga gipangulohan ni Chairman Ester B. Patarata. Ang organisasyon naglangkob sa mga kababaihan nga aktibong nag-apil sa mga programa sa agrikultura ug pangisdaan aron mapalambo ang produksyon sa pagkaon ug madugangan ang panginabuhian sa ilang mga pamilya ug komunidad.

🌿 Ang maong suporta gilauman nga makatabang sa pagpalambo sa produksyon sa gulay, pagpalig-on sa community-based agriculture, ug paghatag og dugang oportunidad sa panginabuhian sa mga miyembro sa asosasyon.

The PKKAPP SLP Association officially received the Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP) – Fish Processing project, providing additional opportunities for income generation and value-adding activities for our fisherfolk and women members.

This activity also serves as an advance celebration of Women’s Month, recognizing the vital role of women in fisheries, entrepreneurship, and community development. 💜

Present during the event were from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD)represented by Antonette Portillano- Provincial Monitoring and Evaluation Officer-SLP Davao Oriental, BFAR – Provincial Fisheries Officer Davao Oriental - Jefferson Montera, SB Committee on Fisheries – Hon. Dennis Roflo, Municipal Agriculture Office OIC – Judith Dagpin, and Brgy. Committee on Women (WIN) – Morayma Isik.
