ALL ENROLLED CSDP/CSNT/BSCS/BSIT/BSCOE STUDENTS OF AMA LUCENA WHO HAVENT TAKE THE MVA ASSESSMENT ARE NOW REQUIRED TO TAKE THE ASSESSMENT. Deadline will be until tomorrow Feb 27, 2015 5 pm

Please follow the instructions below to take the assessment.

FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO GET A CERTIFICATE FROM MICROSOFT(FOR CURRENTLY ENROLLED BSIT,BSCS, CSNT,CSDP, BSCOE, BSECE STUDENTS ONLY):
1. Signup an account @ live.com
2. Go to htt://aka.ms/mvacourse1 and signin your live account.
3. If asked for App permission just click yes then complete your profile information with your COMPLETE NAME and put AMA Computer College - Lucena in branch field
4. Read all the modules and take the assessment.
5. An indicator should be 100% complete to claim a certificate.
6. To claim the certificate just to MY DASHBOARD on the top of the website then find COURSES COMPLETED then download your certificate
7. After downloading the certificate activate your office 365 by following these steps:
a. Go to my.ama.edu.ph and sign in using your USN.
b. Click activate GMAIL ACCOUNT.
c. Now go to able.amaes.com and go to accounts tab
d. The accounts tab should have GOOGLE APPS AND OFFICE 365 in it.
e. Click on GOOGLE APPS.
f. If the status is activated click the link generate temporary password IF THERE IS NOT ACTIVATED WORD in the field PROCEED TO STEP 8.
g. Do the same thing in OFFICE 365 tab to generate your temporary password for office 365.
NOTE: your gmail and office 365 account is listed on the GOOGLE APPS and OFFICE 365 TAB
8. Email your USN, FULL NAME, OFFICE 365 ACCOUNT(if you have successfully activated your account if not just leave this blank), CERTIFICATE to [email protected]

FOR THOSE WHO MISSED THE ORIENTATION FOR MICROSOFT VIRTUAL ACADEMY:

To do:

1. Sign up on live.com for a microsoft account.
2. Activate gmail.ama.edu.ph account at http://my.ama.edu.ph/ then go to able.amaes.com
to get the temporary password AT ACCOUNTS TAB
3. Activate office 365 account using able.amaes.com AT ACCOUNTS TAB
4. Complete the assessment on Migrating Windows XP to windows 8.1 @ http://aka.ms/mvacourse1 using your live account

a. sign up inside MVA and use AMA Computer College - Lucena on branch field

5. After finishing the assessment DOWNLOAD YOUR CERTIFICATE. TO GET THE CERTIFICATE LOG IN to http://aka.ms/mvacourse1 AND GO TO MY DASHBOARD THEN CLICK COURSES COMPLETED AND CLICK DOWNLOAD

6. Email your USN, Full name, Course, Office 365 email and Certificate(PDF) to [email protected]

NOTE: IF YOU WERE NOT ABLE TO DO STEP 2 AND STEP 3 JUST PROCEED ON STEP 4, 5, 6 DEADLINE IS UNTIL FRIDAY NOVEMBER 7, 2014 12 PM
