Serving as a Professor and the current Dean of the College of Engineering and Agro-industrial Technology (CEAT) at UPLB, Brod Rex continues to embody the highest standards of leadership and scholarship. This recognition is a testament to his significant contributions to the field of engineering and his dedicated mentorship of the next generation of Filipino engineers.

Last October 18 & 19, the UPLB Sigma Rho Fraternity successfully held and conducted the Mock LEA 2025, an initiative that embodies the fraternity’s dedication to nurturing scholars and empowering aspiring agriculturists by gearing them for professional success.

The two-day simulation served as a preparatory platform for aspiring LEA takers to experience the rigor and structure of the actual Licensure Examination for Agriculturists, strengthening both their confidence and readiness to take the licensure exams on.

The success of this initiative and its participants is a testament to the fraternity's mission to lead the unwavering pursuit of scholarship, service, and empowering of the nation's scholars as we advance and empower the next generation with excellence and integrity.
