𝐒𝐄𝐀𝐁𝐎𝐑𝐍𝐄 𝐏𝐀𝐓𝐑𝐎𝐋 𝐎𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐆𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐒𝐮𝐛-𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐧 personnel headed by Sub-Station Commander, ENS REMUEL A MONTALBAN PCG, conducted 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧at vicinity waters off Sandingan and Cabilao Island Loon, Loon Bohol.

The said operations aims to enhance the Coast Guard visibility on its area of responsibility to perform its mandate and to deter the further conduct of illegal fishing activity and other illegal activities on the said vicinity. Coast Guard personnel ensure compliance with the existing Fisheries Laws and Regulations.

In line with the operational objectives of OPLAN Biyaheng Ayos, 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐆𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐒𝐮𝐛-𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐧 together with 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 (𝐏𝐏𝐀) 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐧 strictly enforced maritime safety regulations, security measures and public health protocol to safeguard passenger, vessels and port facilities.

The Coast Guard Sub-Station Loon will continue sustain heightened alert and operational readiness within its area of responsibility to ensure safe, secure and convenient maritime travel experience for all.

𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞: Personnel of Coast Guard Sub-Statin Loon, Headed by Sub-Station Commander 𝗘𝗡𝗦 𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗨𝗘𝗟 𝗔 𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗟𝗕𝗔𝗡 𝗣𝗖𝗚 together with personnel of 𝗠𝗘𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗚-𝗖𝗩, successfully conducted Mobile Registration for 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆, 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗡) 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 of small motor banca to the fisherfolks of Barangay Napo, Loon, Bohol on 25 March 2026 at Napo Barangay Hall, Napo, Loon, Bohol.

The activity aims to help the local fisherfolks to secure their ( 𝐒𝐒𝐄𝐍) on their small watercrafts to achieve safer and more organized maritime community in our area of responsibility. The said activity catered a total of Fifty-One (51) applicants were accommodated and processed for ( 𝐒𝐒𝐄𝐍) System Certification.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: The Sub-Station Commander of Coast Guard Sub-Station Loon, ENS REMUEL A MONTALBAN PCG paid a courtesy call to Hon. Pedro M. Literatus Jr, Municipal Mayor of Loon, on 16 July 2025 at the Mayor's office in Loon, Bohol.

The visit aimed to foster stronger collaboration between the Philippine Coast Guard and the Local Government Unit in ensuring maritime safety, environmental protection, and disaster preparedness within the municipality.
