WE'RE HIRING: PROJECT-IN-CHARGE
Project Location: Pasig City
Start Date: ASAP

The Project-in-Charge will handle daily construction site supervision, coordination with trades and suppliers, progress monitoring, and preparation of accomplishment reports. The role requires strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of construction site operations.

Qualifications:
✅ With at least 1 year of experience in construction site supervision
✅ Proficient in creating accomplishment reports using MS Word and Excel
✅ Knowledgeable in construction methods, scheduling, and basic site safety
✅ Can read and interpret architectural and engineering plans
✅ Good communication and coordination skills
✅ Trustworthy, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
✅ Willing to be assigned full-time on-site in Pasig City
✅Safety Officer (SO1 or SO2) certification is a PLUS

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily site works and ensure alignment with approved plans

2. Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and suppliers

3. Monitor and report work progress

4. Prepare and submit daily and weekly accomplishment reports

5. Assist in material tracking, documentation, and site logistics

6. Help enforce safety protocols and maintain site orderliness
