We still can't believe that it's been a year since our first pop-up at Sto. Tomas, Batangas. We owe everything to all you coffeeholics who supported us throughout our journey from the product testing phase all the way to our first "sold out" moment. The Day of Valor, officially known as Araw ng Kagitingan, is a national observance in the Philippines to honor not only the Filipino war veterans who died or served the country but also to remember those who rendered honorable military service in defending the country in times of war or peace. Araw ng Kagitingan reminds us that our valor cannot stop solely in the face of defending our shores against foreign invasion. Our enemies can be found within our own nation, amongst ourselves.
