Job Description

We are looking for an experienced operations/Reservations Manager to take over the lead of our travel agency in Makati city. You will be responsible for the daily operations of the agency and manage a small yet dedicated team of passionate travel experts. Together with the company heads, you will be growing the team as well.

With the team, you will take our agency to the next level. To be successful in this role, you need to have excellent management and communication skills. Your mindset is strategic and analytical, as well as both sales and customer-driven. You know what our customers want and how to best sell it to them. Your organised and structured way of working further ensure our processes are optimised for maximum efficiency and, ultimately, profitability.

Some of your responsibilities:

Set targets and objectives for both the agency as a whole as well as individual team members

Find ways to both monitor and improve customer satisfaction rates

Negotiate pricing and commission models with external stakeholders and partner travel companies

Report progress and present statistics to our board of directors on a regular basis (e.g. quarterly)

Lead the team and guide, assist, and support where necessary to ensure great employee satisfaction and retention.

What do we need:

At least 4 years of experience running a travel reservation/inbound department and managing a team.

Highly analytical and strategic mindset

Incredibly organised and structured in your working

Excellent interpersonal skills

Have a good network in the travel industry.
