Sa darating na Hulyo 14, 2023 (Biyernes), magpunta sa
2nd Flr., Admin Bldg., Josefina Belmonte Duran Albay Provincial Hospital (JBDAPH), mula 8:00 a.m. hanggang 5:00 p.m. para sa inyong COVID-19 Bivalent Vaccine.

Maaaring magpabakuna kung ikaw ay:

1. Edad 18 pataas at nabibilang sa priority group A1 (healthcare workers) o A2 (senior citizens)
2. Nakakuha ng 2nd COVID-19 booster dose mahigit 4-6 na buwan bago ang vaccination schedule.
3. Asymptomatic
4. Hindi nakatanggap ng kahit anong bakuna sa nakalipas na 14 araw at hindi nagpa-planong magpabakuna matapos ang COVID-19 vaccination.

Mga dapat tandaan:

1. Dalhin ang inyong vaccination card
2. Magsuot ng komportableng kasuotan
3. Huwag magpatuloy kung mayroong respiratory symptoms
4. Magdala ng Valid ID
5. Magsuot ng face mask
