In cooperation with PAGCOR, Farmacia Nazarea, DepEd Sorsogon Province -Social Mobilization and Networking Group, the General Parents-Teachers Association of Cogon Elementary School, the BLGU of Barangay Cogon Bulusan Sorsogon, and the Sanggunian Kabataan ng Barangay Cogon, Bulusan, Sorsogon.
