𝐓𝐨 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

Pursuant to Office Memorandum No. 79, s. 2026, Bicol University FAB LAB Bicol will observe a Work-From-Home (WFH) arrangement on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, in observance of Holy Week.

Please be advised that the office will be CLOSED from Maundy Thursday (April 2) to Good Friday (April 3).

Normal office operations and regular schedules will resume on Monday, April 6, 2026.

The strategic planning was a success! Last 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝟓-𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, we gathered at the Bernese Hotel, Guinobatan, Albay 🏨✨ under the theme "𝙲𝚛𝚊𝚏𝚝𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝙵𝚞𝚝𝚞𝚛𝚎: 𝚂𝚝𝚛𝚊𝚝𝚎𝚐𝚒𝚌 𝙳𝚒𝚛𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗𝚜 𝚏𝚘𝚛 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝙵𝚊𝚋 𝙻𝚊𝚋." The event was a powerful mix of 𝐈𝐍𝐍𝐎𝐕𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 & 𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍! 💡🔥

𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟏 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 (𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝟓):
Sessions kicked off with 𝙸𝚗𝚗𝚘𝚟𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗 & 𝙴𝚍𝚞𝚌𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗 and effective 𝙵𝚊𝚋 𝙻𝚊𝚋 𝚒𝚖𝚙𝚕𝚎𝚖𝚎𝚗𝚝𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗. 🛠️ The team dived deep into 𝐒𝐖𝐎𝐓 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬, a 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧-𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰, and intensive workshops on 𝚂𝚝𝚛𝚊𝚝𝚎𝚐𝚒𝚌 𝙸𝚜𝚜𝚞𝚎𝚜 and 𝙶𝚘𝚊𝚕-𝚜𝚎𝚝𝚝𝚒𝚗𝚐. 🎯

𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐 𝐅𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬 (𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝟔):
The momentum continued with 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠, and 𝚁𝚎𝚜𝚘𝚞𝚛𝚌𝚎 & 𝙿𝚊𝚛𝚝𝚗𝚎𝚛𝚜𝚑𝚒𝚙 𝙿𝚕𝚊𝚗𝚗𝚒𝚗𝚐. 🤝 We tackled 𝚁𝚒𝚜𝚔 𝙼𝚊𝚗𝚊𝚐𝚎𝚖𝚎𝚗𝚝 and showcased brilliant 𝙶𝚛𝚘𝚞𝚙 𝙾𝚞𝚝𝚙𝚞𝚝𝚜. 📊 The workshop culminated in a powerful 𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 led by DTI officials and participants. ✅

The 𝚌𝚘𝚕𝚕𝚊𝚋𝚘𝚛𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚟𝚎 𝚜𝚙𝚒𝚛𝚒𝚝 shown by everyone has turned ideas into actionable strategies, setting solid goals that will guide 𝐅𝐚𝐛 𝐋𝐚𝐛 toward sustainable growth and impactful service! 📈🌟
