The Regional Alternative Child Care Office (RACCO) V has once again facilitated a Mandatory Appearance (MA) as part of the Domestic Administrative Adoption process to assess and ensure the petitioners' genuine intention, readiness, and commitment to providing a safe, nurturing, and permanent family environment for the child.

This important step allows the NACC, through RACCO V, to personally engage with the prospective adoptive parents, clarify the legal implications and responsibilities of adoption, and verify that the decision to adopt is made freely, voluntarily, and in the best interest of the child.💙💛❤️
