𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗗 | 𝗗𝗜𝗟𝗚-𝗡𝗖𝗥 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗱𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 (𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗿-𝗗𝗮𝘆) 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗔𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 114, s. 2026 issued by the Office of the President and DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2026-005 dated March 8, 2026 on the Guidelines on the Adoption of a Compressed (Four-Day) Workweek Arrangement and Energy Conservation Measures in the DILG Central, Regional and Field Offices, the Department of the Interior and Local Government – National Capital Region (DILG-NCR) will implement a compressed four-day workweek schedule.

Effective March 9, 2026, DILG-NCR offices shall operate from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Thursday, while Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays shall be observed as non-working days.

This arrangement is adopted to optimize the use of office facilities, reduce energy consumption, and promote a more efficient and sustainable work environment, while ensuring the continuous and uninterrupted delivery of public services.
The public is advised to plan their visits and transactions accordingly. Urgent concerns may still be addressed through the official communication channels of DILG-NCR.

On this International Women’s Day, the DILG National Capital Region honors the enduring strength, wisdom, and leadership of women, echoing the legacy of the Babaylan, the respected women leaders of our pre-colonial communities.

As we advance this year’s call to “Lead Like the Babaylans, Filipinas!”, we reaffirm our commitment to stand firmly against misogyny, discrimination, and all forms of disrespect toward women, and continue to build communities where women are empowered to lead, their voices valued, and their dignity upheld.

Together, let us champion equality, respect, and transformative leadership for all.

Eto na nga ang paalala para sa wastong paggamit ng ating mga government vehicles! Alinsunod sa DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2026-011, ang mga sasakyan ng gobyerno ay para sa serbisyo-publiko lamang at hindi para sa personal na lakad.

Ito ang mga dapat tandaan para manatiling "legit" ang bawat biyahe:

𝐀𝐧𝐨 𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐠𝐚 𝐛𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐥? 🚫
- Hindi maaaring gamitin ang government vehicles tuwing Weekend (Sabado at Linggo) at Holidays.
- Bawal gamitin ang sasakyan para sa pansariling lakad o leisure.
- Iwasan ang hindi awtorisadong paggamit.

- Para sa mga Emergency Response.
