The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) XII – Cotabato Field Office (CFO) continues to provide meaningful opportunities for young individuals through the Government Internship Program (GIP), pursuant to the Department of Labor and Employment’s youth employment initiatives.

The GIP aims to engage deserving youth in government service by providing valuable work experience and exposure to public service, while enhancing their technical and professional skills.

Through this program, interns are deployed to various government agencies for a limited period and are provided with a salary based on the prevailing regional minimum wage, helping prepare them for future employment and career development.

Through GIP, DOLE continues to empower the youth, promote employability, and contribute to nation-building by nurturing future professionals and public servants.
