The School Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) Team of Kidapawan City National High School, together with Principal Jundee S. Villegas, has taken a proactive step in strengthening campus safety by crafting a School Contingency Plan for Shooting Incidents.

This initiative is part of the school's continuing commitment to enhance emergency preparedness by establishing clear response protocols, identifying the roles and responsibilities of response teams, and ensuring a coordinated course of action should such an emergency occur.

Through careful planning and collaboration, the school aims to provide a safer and more secure learning environment for learners, teaching and non-teaching personnel, and stakeholders.

KCNHS Participates in Nationwide 2nd Quarter Simultaneous Earthquake Drill today, June 18

Students, teachers, and school personnel of Kidapawan City National High School (KCNHS) actively took part in the Nationwide 2nd Quarter Simultaneous Earthquake Drill, reinforcing the importance of disaster preparedness and safety awareness.

The drill proceeded smoothly as students, teachers, and satff calmly and orderly followed the school’s evacuation procedures and safety protocols. Guided by the KCNHS Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) Team, the activity served as a practical exercise to ensure that everyone is prepared to respond appropriately in the event of an actual earthquake.

Through continuous drills and preparedness activities, KCNHS remains committed to fostering a culture of safety and resilience within the school community.

From guiding parents to their proper places to assisting students in every phase, their presence brought order, discipline, and grace.
