We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced In-house Solar Media Buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of deploying at least 1 million, preferably 5 million to 10 million, in ad spend across multiple ad platforms in the B2C Solar industry.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective media buying strategies to drive solar ad campaigns
Deploy significant ad budgets across various ad platforms
Create compelling and engaging ads that result in high conversions
Collaborate with the Sales Organization to understand campaign goals and target audience
Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI
Stay updated with industry trends and new advertising platforms

Qualifications:

We are seeking multiple cold calling representatives (appointment setters) with solar sales experience or any solid cold calling, appointment setting relevant sales experience to work from home on a long-term solar campaign.

Job Type: Full-time/Remote (WFH)

Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to potential customers to generate interest in solar panel products.

Set appointments for solar panel consultations with potential customers.

Maintain a high level of customer service while communicating with potential customers.

Follow up with potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Keep accurate records of calls and appointments in a CRM system.

Requirements:

Fluency in English.

With at least 1 year of experience in solar sales or any solid cold calling, appointment setting relevant sales experience.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Access to a reliable computer and internet connection.

Willingness to work from home.

Willingness to work on a long-term basis.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Rate: $5 USD per hour + Commission of $10 per appointment set.
One-hour paid training session per day.
Weekly pay for the first 30 days, then bi-weekly pay thereafter.
