When the earth trembled, so did lives.
Lives were shaken in seconds. Homes, schools, hope. But hearts don't have to break alone. Be the shelter for the families affected by the 7.8 magnitude mindanao earthquake.

Initiated by University of Southern Mindanao (USM) through the efforts and collaboration of the Extension Services Office (ESO), National Service Training Program (NSTP), and University Volunteers’ Club (UVC), this drive is led by the Society for the Advancement of Veterinary Education and Research.
We strive for Professionalism, Excellence, and Brotherhood, and today, brotherhood means showing up.

The 𝗨𝗦𝗠 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗩𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 (𝗦𝗔𝗩𝗘𝗥) was recognized during the 𝟮𝟳𝘁𝗵 𝗨𝗦𝗠 𝗚𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗹 held on 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, at the 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗼, 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗻, 𝗖𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗼. Carrying the theme “𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀, 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀,” the event highlighted the achievements of student organizations and student leaders who demonstrated commitment to service, leadership, and academic excellence.

USM SAVER received a 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 from the Office of Student Affairs 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. The award acknowledged the organization's continued commitment to fostering student engagement, leadership development, and community involvement. It also recognized SAVER USM's efforts in implementing meaningful initiatives that contributed positively to the student body while upholding the values and ideals of the institution.

Adding to this achievement, Jon Michael E. Faulve, Vice Grand-Internal of SAVER USM, was awarded a 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 for 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝗽𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗨𝗦𝗠 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗣 (𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀' 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲) 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆. The program aims to strengthen the leadership competencies of student leaders and equip them with the skills necessary for effective organizational management and service.

These recognitions reflect both the collective efforts of the organization and the commitment of its student leaders to continuous growth and development. The awards reflect the organization's active involvement in university activities and its commitment to developing leadership and service among its members.

As the term of the USM SAVER Grand Council for S.Y 2025–2026 gradually draws to a close, these recognitions stand as meaningful milestones that reflect the hard work and vision invested throughout the year. The organization extends its gratitude to the SAVER Advisers, the Grand Council led by Grand SAVER Sis Abbygail Castillo, the Resident Members, and the Alumni for their unwavering support and contributions to the organization's accomplishments.

With the close of another productive academic year, these awards stand as meaningful reminders of what can be achieved through 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗺, 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, and 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗱.
