Day 3 of the 𝐁𝐇𝐑𝐂-𝐒𝐏𝐎’𝐬 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐧 centered on Human Rights Education on Women’s Rights for Right Holders, with active participation from women beneficiaries of the 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐨 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧.

The session was hosted by 𝐌𝐬. F𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐚 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐒𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐢, Administrative Aide III, and opened with a prayer led by 𝐌𝐫. J𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐒. 𝐇𝐚𝐲𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐢, Administrative Aide II. The opening remarks were given by 𝐌𝐫. 𝐎𝐦𝐚𝐫 𝐌𝐨𝐤𝐡𝐭𝐚𝐫 J. 𝐌𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐢, Special Investigator IV, who highlighted the importance of empowering women through education and awareness.

Lectures were delivered by 𝐌𝐬. 𝐀𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐚 𝐓. 𝐀𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐡𝐚𝐦j𝐚, Administrative Officer II, and 𝐌𝐬. 𝐑𝐚𝐡𝐢𝐦𝐚 𝐔. 𝐀𝐛𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐛, Special Investigator III, focusing on women’s rights and the role of women in advancing human rights in the Bangsamoro region.

The session concluded with closing remarks from 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐲. 𝐈𝐛𝐧 𝐈𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐞𝐥 𝐔. 𝐒𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐢, Provincial Director, who emphasized the need to continue protecting and promoting women’s rights across all sectors.
