We are hoping that this insufficient and unstable power supply will be resolved as soon as possible for the convenience of everyone. To our valued customers, as per contacting PLDT, please be advised that the current total block out or unstable power supply that we are experiencing in the whole Panay Island has affected the main equipment of our internet service provider (PLDT) that is located in the Poblacion, Pavia, which resulted to no internet connection. We apologize for this inconvenience and we are hoping for your kind understanding.

NETWORK ADVISORY❗️WIP subscribers may be currently experiencing slow down to no internet connection at all, this is due to the power outage in the town of PAVIA and some areas of Sta. Barabara, because of this the main equipment of PLDT which is our main internet service provider was affected by the said power outage. We are Hoping that they could fix this issue as soon as possible. Your kind understanding is much appreciated. Thank you!

We have received multiple complaints with regards to slow or down internet connection as of 6pm this day. Our main internet service provider has detected down links in South Luzon area which impacts internet and data services. As per advisory tentative time of restoration is on August 16, 2023 2:00am. Please see advisory below for more information. We apologize for the inconvenience.

NETWORK ADVISORY❗️: We have received multiple complaints this morning regarding sudden loss of internet connection. We have contacted our main internet service provider which is PLDT and they have informed us that there is a current fiber break due to typhoon Egay within PAVIA so DECA HOMES is one of the affected areas of this trouble. We have already reported this to them and they are currently working to fix this issue.
