Our culminating activity brought a heartfelt close to a semester filled with learning, compassion, and community service. Driven by the impact of Project BAK-on-Track and Project Back-To-Zero, we didn’t just end a chapter—we celebrated the meaningful work done together.

This World Immunization Week, we’re making every stop count . 🏡💉 Each vaccine is a ticket to protection, a passport to a healthier future, and a shield against preventable diseases. 🛡️🌟

Held every April 24–30, this global campaign aims to raise awareness and promote the use of vaccines to protect people of all ages against preventable diseases. In celebration of this important week, Project Bak-on-Track joined the movement on April 26, 2025, at Brgy. Mozzozzin Norte, Santa Maria, Isabela. 💙💛🧡

Our dedicated student nurses brought smiles and meaningful interactions to the community by setting up a fun and colorful photobooth for participating families. To make the event even more special, loot bags filled with baby goodies were handed out to the families of infants who are part of our target participants. These small tokens serve as reminders of how vital early childhood immunization is for building a healthier, safer future. ✅

From tiny arms to big dreams, every turok (shot) is a powerful step towards a stronger, safer community. 💪❤️ Let’s ride the Immunity Express together — no child left behind, no barangay off track!

With WHO working tirelessly to make vaccines available and accessible across all countries, we do our part by making sure every family in our community understands the importance of immunization and has the tools to stay on track.

From our Bakuna Mo, Kinabukasan Ko booklets and Every Day is Bakuna Day cards, to helpful SMS reminders from Project MozzUp and our child-friendly health stations through UPSCALE—we’re making sure 𝘯𝘰 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥 𝘪𝘴 𝘭𝘦𝘧𝘵 𝘣𝘦𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘥.

Together with WHO and communities around the world, we believe a healthier future is not just a dream—it’s something we can achieve, one vaccine at a time. 💙🧡💛

Makilahok sa workshop na naglalayong palakasin ang serbisyong pangkalusugan sa pamamagitan ng pagpapataas ng kamalayan at pagtukoy sa mga kakulangan. Sama-sama tayong bubuo ng konkretong estratehiya kasama ang Barangay Officials, LGU, RHU at PHO ng Isabela.
