San Ramon Youth Ministry

On May 17, 2025, Saturday at 6:00 PM, the Basic Ecclesial Community gathered for the anticipated Mass for the 5th Sunday of Easter. The celebration was held with faith and devotion, bringing together members of the community to reflect on the joy and meaning of the Easter season. The Holy Mass was presided over by Rev. Fr. Vincent Taguinod, who led the congregation in worship and thanksgiving.

During his homily, Fr. Taguinod emphasized the message of the Gospel, reminding everyone of the new commandment given by Jesus—to love one another. He explained that it is not enough to simply love others as we love ourselves; we are called to love in the way Christ loves—fully, unconditionally, and selflessly. This commandment challenges us to deepen our relationships and to live a love that builds unity and peace.

As churchgoers and followers of Christ, we are called to reflect this love in our daily lives. Let us constantly examine our words and actions—are they good, are they loving, do they honor God? We are made in the image and likeness of God, and with that comes the responsibility to do good, to spread kindness, and to be living witnesses of His love in the world.
