LOOK ll Wellness Revolution: Synergizing Stress Management with Personality Development

This seminar is dedicated enhancing stress management and personality development, led by the 52nd Special Action Company in partnership with JCI Basileña. Scheduled for November 8, 2025, this initiative aims to equip the Special Action Force personnel, youth and women participants with effective strategies to manage stress, improve emotional well-being, and foster personal growth.

Through immersive lectures, workshop, and motivational talks, the event focuses on building resilience, increasing self-awareness, and developing confidence.

By empowering our community with essential skills in stress management and personality development, we are fostering a stronger, more confident, and well-rounded force ready to face any challenge with resilience and integrity.
