In line with Proclamation No. 818 (s. 2025) and Republic Act No. 11032, the Local Government Unit of Cabagan, through the Municipal Mayor Hon. Mila A. Mamauag, joins the celebration of the 2026 Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Month highlighting its commitment to faster, simpler, and more transparent public service delivery.

Led by the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA), this year’s theme, “Achieving Results through Transparency and Accountability,” highlights efficient systems, empowered personnel, and integrity in public service.
