Ang regular na prenatal check-up ay mahalaga upang mabantayan ang kalusugan ni mommy at masigurong ligtas ang paglaki ni baby.

📅 Sundin ang schedule na 1-2-5:
✔️ 1 check-up sa unang trimester
✔️ 2 check-ups sa pangalawang trimester
✔️ 5 check-ups sa ikatlong trimester

Ang maagang at regular na check-up ay nakatutulong upang maiwasan ang komplikasyon at matiyak ang ligtas na panganganak.

Ang Tetanus-Diphtheria (Td) vaccine ay ligtas at mahalaga upang maiwasan ang tetanus at diphtheria, lalo na sa panahon ng pagbubuntis at panganganak.

🛡️ Proteksyon para kay Mommy at Baby:
• Iwas tetanus na maaaring makuha sa panganganak
• Proteksyon laban sa diphtheria
• Tumutulong magbigay ng proteksyon kay baby sa kanyang mga unang buwan

📅 Hinihikayat ang mga buntis na kumpletuhin ang Td vaccination ayon sa schedule na ibinibigay ng health worker.

📍 Magpabakuna sa pinakamalapit na health facility.
Dahil ang proteksyon ni Mommy ay proteksyon din ni Baby.
