Hello mga KaPTid!

How was midterms week for you? Based on our weekly health check, we noticed that a lot of you are feeling tired, frustrated, disappointed, and even unaccomplished.

As we get farther into this term, don't forget to check up on yourself and make sure that amidst everything, you are still taking care of yourself. So far, you have been doing so great and we are really really proud of you! You are more than excellent and don't let other people tell you otherwise.
