15th Regular training Day and Final Examination - SLSU Infanta "THUNDERCATS" ROTC Unit
On 03 May 2026, SLSU Infanta ROTCU conducted its 15th Regular Training Day and Final Examination. From 0730 to 0800 hours, attendance checking, formation, and troop accounting took place at the parade ground. Between 0800 and 0830 hours, all cadets and cadettes polished their assigned areas. The final examination was held from 0830 to 1100 hours, followed immediately by the checking of papers. From 1100 to 1200 hours, everyone practiced for the upcoming graduation ceremony. In the afternoon, attendance checking, formation, and troop accounting resumed at the parade ground from 1330 to 1400 hours. Team building activities followed from 1400 to 1700 hours, after which the troops were officially dismissed.

The Southern Luzon State University (SLSU) Infanta "THUNDERCATS" ROTC Unit continued its rigorous program on April 18, 2026, successfully completing the thirteenth and fourteenth regular training days. The schedule focused on a blend of practical field maintenance and senior-level military instruction.
Morning Session: 13th Training Day
The thirteenth training day commenced at 0800H with the standard assembly, troop accounting, and a period dedicated to polishing the training grounds. Following these preliminary activities, the unit moved to the SLSU Multi-purpose Hall at 0930H for an educational session conducted by Sgt. Raul S. Caballero PA (Res). After the lecture concluded at 1130H, a final attendance check was performed, leading to the official dismissal of the morning session at 1200H.
Afternoon Session: 14th Training Day
The unit resumed operations at 1300H for the fourteenth training day. After the initial formation and verification of personnel, the cadets and cadettes gathered at the Multi-purpose Hall at 1330H. This session featured a lecture delivered by Cpl Widmark N. Caceres (Inf) PA, which lasted until 1530H. The training day concluded with a final accounting of troops and a formal dismissal at 1600H.

The Southern Luzon State University (SLSU) Infanta "THUNDERCATS" ROTC Unit completed its eleventh and twelfth regular training days on April 11, 2026. The dual sessions underscored a commitment to both administrative discipline and academic instruction.
Morning Session: 11th Training Day
The day began at 0800H with standard preliminary procedures, including troop accounting and attendance checks. Following a period dedicated to maintaining the training grounds, the cadets transitioned to the SLSU Multi-purpose Hall at 0930H. There, they engaged in a lecture facilitated by Mr. April Mark A. Siong. The morning session concluded with a final muster and formal dismissal at 1200H.
Afternoon Session: 12th Training Day
The unit reconvened at 1300H to initiate the twelfth training day. After completing the initial formation and attendance verification, the cadets returned to the Multi-purpose Hall at 1330H for a specialized presentation led by Cpl Widmark N. Caceres (Inf) PA. This instructional period lasted until 1545H. Following a concluding accounting of personnel, the day’s training officially ended with dismissal at 1600H.

Successfully conducted the 10th Regular Training and Midterm Examination.
Cadets were polished in their assigned area from 0730H to 0930H. Officers from 2CL and 3CL help the Cadets make sure everything goes as planned. The morning session focused on Basic Military Correspondence, with an insightful discussion led by 2LT MARDEL D RODRIGUEZA from 0930H to 1200H. Refining the cadets' skills and staying sharp. Following the lecture, the Midterm Examination from 1430H to 1600H was administered in the afternoon to assess the cadets’ proficiency in the subject matter.
