Progress Update: Multi-Purpose Hall - Phase 2

We are pleased to share the ongoing progress of our Multi-Purpose Hall
Phase 2 construction.

• We are now halfway through the waterproofing works using Aliphatic
Polyurethane Waterproofer on the concrete roof deck to ensure long-lasting protection against leaks.
• CHB laying is almost complete, giving structure and form to the building.

Up next, our team will begin:
• Plastering works
• Concrete pouring on slab on grade
• Ceiling installation
• Painting works
• Tile works
• Other finishing activities to bring the project closer to completion.

Project Update: Concreting of Barangay Road, Barangay Dinahican, Infanta Quezon

We are glad to share the progress on our ongoing Barangay Road
Concreting Project.

The scope of works includes:
• Concrete pouring of pavements
• Construction of drainage canal
• Excavation works
• Clearing and grubbing of debris
• Concrete pouring of drainage flooring with RSB
• CHB laying, mortar, and plastering

Half of the road pavement is now completed and currently undergoing proper curing. At present, we are focusing on the construction of the drainage canal. Once this is completed, we will proceed with the concreting of the remaining half of the road. This method allows us to ensure quality curing time for the concrete while also minimizing inconvenience to the public during construction.
