1️⃣ WAIVER FORM
• Download and print your waiver form.
• Two types available: Regular Waiver and Minor Waiver.
• Submit it at the organizers’ table on event day.
⚠️ NO WAIVER, NO RUNNING!
2️⃣ REGISTRATION & WRISTBAND
• Upon registration and waiver submission, runners will receive a wristband.
• Wristbands come in 2 types:
✅ Discount Wristband – instant voucher for any order at Milanis Farm Restaurant
🍕 Buffet Wristband – unlimited pizza, salad & pasta buffet for ₱380 only ( optional)
3️⃣ RUN AT YOUR OWN RISK
• Please be mindful of your health and condition before joining.
