To all who carry a ministry inside the church,

This is not a letter to applaud you. This is a letter to wake you up.

Ministry is not a trophy. Hindi ito entablado para makita ang galing mo. Hindi ito competition kung sino ang mas anointed, mas talented, o mas pinupuri. The Ministry is not about YOU, never was, never will be. And if youโ€™ve forgotten that, this letter is for you.

Some of you started with a pure heart, but somewhere along the way, pride crept in. Nag-iba ang tono. Nag-iba ang lakad. The ministry you once treated as worshipโ€ฆ you now treat as identity.. The gift God gave you, ginagamit mo na para iangat ang sarili mo. And you donโ€™t even notice how far your heart has drifted.

You lead, but you donโ€™t love.
You serve, but you donโ€™t submit.
You minister, but you no longer tremble before God.

And yet you wonder why your spirit is dry.

Listen carefully: God is not impressed with busy hands when the heart is rotten.
Hindi natutuwa ang Diyos sa performance kung puno ng yabang, inggit, at entitlement ang puso. He is not moved by talent wrapped in arrogance.

Ministry is a calling, not a crown. It is service, not status. It is sacrifice, not spotlight. If you crave attention more than obedience, then youโ€™re not ministeringโ€ฆ youโ€™re performing.

And God sees it.

Let this be the rebuke your heart has been avoiding:

If the ministry has become about you, step back. Repent. Return.
Because God would rather break your pride than let you destroy the church with it.

Remember this truth:
You are not the only one God can use.
You are not the pillar of the ministry.
The church will survive without you, but you will NOT survive without God.

Ministry is a privilege. Donโ€™t poison it with pride.

So before you preach, sing, dance, lead, teach, or serve again, fix your heart. Before you hold the mic, hold humility. Before you step on the stage, step into repentance.

Because the greatest ministry is not what people seeโ€ฆ itโ€™s the heart God sees.

And right now, Heโ€™s calling you back.

With truth, not flattery.
With love, not applause.
With rebuke, not excuses.

Return to the God of the ministry, before the ministry becomes your downfall.

When we speak the name of JESUS, we are not speaking a word without power. We are calling on the One who heals broken hearts, restores weary souls, and brings peace to troubled minds. His name carries love, mercy, and hope for every season we walk through.

Healing does not always come the way we expect, but it always comes through His presence. Sometimes He heals our bodies, sometimes our hearts, and sometimes our faith. In every moment, Jesus meets us where we are.

Today, speak His name in faith. Whisper it in prayer. Trust that in the name of Jesus, healing is already at work.

As a new year approaches, itโ€™s easy to fill our goals with numbers, milestones, and achievements. More money. Better habits. Bigger accomplishments. And while those things matter, there is something deeper, steadier, and far more sustaining than any external goal: a life anchored in prayer and trust. For 2026, let the focus shift inward and upward. Pray more. Trust God more.

Pray more โ€” not just when things fall apart, but when things are calm. Not only in moments of desperation, but in moments of gratitude. Prayer is not meant to be a last resort; itโ€™s meant to be a daily relationship. In prayer, you donโ€™t have to impress God, explain yourself perfectly, or have the right words. You just have to show up honestly.

Praying more means inviting God into the ordinary moments of life. The quiet mornings. The long commutes. The moments of decision. The times when you donโ€™t know what to do next. It means turning worries into conversations and fears into surrender. It means choosing connection over control.

In 2026, pray even when you feel strong โ€” because strength rooted in prayer stays grounded. Pray when you feel weak โ€” because prayer is where strength is renewed. Pray when answers are delayed โ€” because waiting becomes lighter when itโ€™s shared with God. Pray when blessings come โ€” because gratitude keeps your heart humble.

Prayer doesnโ€™t change Godโ€™s character โ€” it changes your posture. It aligns your heart with His will. It slows your racing thoughts. It reminds you that you are not meant to carry life alone. The more you pray, the more you begin to recognize Godโ€™s presence in places you once felt abandoned.

And trust God more.

Trusting God is often harder than praying to Him. Prayer feels active; trust feels like letting go. Trust asks you to release control over outcomes, timelines, and expectations. It asks you to believe that God is working even when you canโ€™t see progress. That He is present even when He feels silent. That He is faithful even when circumstances feel uncertain.

Trust God more in 2026 โ€” not because everything will go perfectly, but because He will be with you through everything. Trust Him when plans change. Trust Him when doors close. Trust Him when answers come slowly. Trust Him when your emotions lag behind your faith.

Trust means choosing to believe that delays are not denials, that silence is not absence, and that waiting is not wasted. It means believing that God sees the whole path while you only see the next step โ€” and that His vision can be trusted more than your understanding.

In 2026, trust God with your future โ€” your finances, your health, your relationships, your purpose. Trust Him with what you canโ€™t fix. Trust Him with what you donโ€™t understand. Trust Him with the parts of your story that are still unfolding.

Pray more and trust God more when anxiety rises.
Pray more and trust God more when fear whispers.
Pray more and trust God more when life feels heavy.

Because prayer keeps you connected, and trust keeps you steady.

You donโ€™t need to know how everything will work out this year. You donโ€™t need to have all the answers, all the clarity, or all the confidence. You just need to stay close to God and keep choosing trust one day at a time. Faith doesnโ€™t require perfection โ€” it requires persistence.

There will be days in 2026 when you forget to pray. Days when trust feels hard. Days when doubt feels louder than hope. Those days donโ€™t disqualify you โ€” they remind you to return. Prayer is always available. Trust can always be rebuilt. God does not withdraw His grace because you struggle.

Make prayer your reflex, not just your response. Make trust your foundation, not your backup plan. Let these two goals guide every other goal you set. Because when prayer leads and trust follows, clarity comes, peace grows, and purpose unfolds naturally.

At the end of 2026, success wonโ€™t only be measured by what you achieved โ€” but by how deeply you stayed connected to God. How often you turned to Him. How willingly you trusted Him. How much lighter your heart became because you didnโ€™t carry everything alone.

So let it be simple. Let it be intentional. Let it be life-giving.

Goals for 2026:
Pray more โ€” stay connected.
Trust God more โ€” stay steady.

Everything else will follow.

Hindi pansamantala, hindi kondisyonal. Isang panalangin, isang buhay, para sa Diyos. โœจ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ

This is not a soft reminder.
This is a spiritual confrontation.

Stop claiming devotion while living in disobedience.
Stop saying โ€œGod knows my heartโ€ when your actions clearly say He is not your priority.
A heart that truly loves God will always move toward His presence, not away from it.

Let it be said plainly:
If church is optional to you, God is optional to you.
You donโ€™t drift away overnight, you drift by skipping gatherings, ignoring discipline, and choosing comfort over conviction.

You are not tired.
You are not burned out.
You are spiritually lazy, and laziness is killing your fire.

You run to people who canโ€™t save you.
You invest time in things that wonโ€™t last.
Yet you hesitate to show up in the very place where your soul is fed, corrected, and protected.

That is rebellion dressed as reason.

The enemy doesnโ€™t need to destroy you, he just needs you absent.

Absent from the Word.
Absent from worship.
Absent from accountability.
Absent from the house of God.

And then you wonder why your faith is weak.

Hebrews 10:25 does not say โ€œif convenient.โ€
It says, "Do not neglect meeting together.โ€
Neglect is a sin. Not a season. Not an excuse.

2026 is not for spectators.
Not for bench-warmers.
Not for Christians who only show up when life is easy.

If you want power, be planted.
If you want growth, be consistent.
If you want to walk in authority, walk in obedience.

No more excuses.
No more delays.
No more lazy faith.

In 2026, you donโ€™t wait for motivation, you move by obedience.

Show up.
Stay planted.
Honor Godโ€™s house.

๐Ÿ”ฅ Because real believers donโ€™t ask if they should go to church,
they ask how they can ever afford to miss it.

The year 2026 may mark the quiet beginning of your becoming. A season of preparation, healing, and intentional growth. It may not arrive with instant victories or visible applause, but it will shape your strength, refine your purpose, and teach you the resilience needed to rise. Every effort you make, every lesson you endure, and every step you take in 2026 is laying the foundation for the life you are meant to live. So when 2027 comes, you will not simply survive, you will thrive, grounded in wisdom, courage, and the confidence that you were patient enough to begin.

You will thrive not because you rushed, but because you prepared. Not because everything went perfectly, but because you learned how to stand even when it did not. The confidence you will carry will come from knowing that you honored the process, trusted the timing, and allowed yourself to begin even when you were unsure.

So if 2026 feels slow, uncertain, or heavy, do not be discouraged. This could be the year that quietly changes everything. The year you chose to grow, to heal, and to believe that something better was ahead.

Let 2026 be your beginning, so that when 2027 arrives, you are ready to thrive.
