Hi, I just want to share po to inspire other nanay and mga tatay. Dati po akong nag wowork sa bpo company for 3yrs, almost 3yrs ofw then almost 5yrs again sa bpo. Now po i'm working as a virtual assistant sa 2 clients ko international and local.

wag kayong susuko sa mga gusto maka hanap ng remote set up na trabaho. Pero hindi madali maka hanap ng clients ha? Hindi yan ung mag popost ka lang "baka may alam kayong wfh set up dyan?" No! Ikaw mismo mag sisikap maka hanap ng clients mo or agency na papasukan. Hindi yan isusubo sayo. Aaralin mo yan. Ung iba nag se self study and re research since di nila afford mag aral for certification.

But for my case, nag self study and research din ako, nag hanap ako ng focus na niche na kung saan un talaga ung gusto ko at fashion ko. Naka kuha ako ng unang client after ko ma apply ung mga inaral ko. Yes may free, pero lahat un sarili mong banat ng buto at sikap. Walang free na susubo sayo.

Then di natatapos doon un ha, sa freelance world marami po tayong ka kompitensya kaya dapat lagi nag a upskills, ayun... kaya nag hanap ako ng mga academy na pag e enroll ko for more skills and certificates kasi laking plus talaga un sa mga agencies at direct clients.

Kaya ung pangalawa kong client sya mismo ng message sa akin after ko ma apply ung lahat ng learnings and tools sa last academy ko. Now.. sa wakas, hindi na ako isang bpo employee na hirap na hirap sa commute set up ng pilipinas, di na hirap mag apply ng leaves at sickleave, at hindi exhausted every after shift dahil kapag direct ka sa clients, swerte talaga na mababait sila kesa mga toxic management ng ibang bpo na even sarili mong leave credits di mo magamit, may sakit kana, wala silang pake kundi pumasok ka.

"Talagang kapag ayaw may dahilan, KUNG GUSTO PALAGING MERON PARAAN"

Tips mga mommy. Ihanda nyo ung sarili nyo, practice, research, upskills saka mga equipment and tools dapat meron kayo kung gusto nyo talaga ng ganitong set up. Tandaan nyo din na wala ng libre, meron man, sarili sikap mo pa din lahat from the scratch. ☺️

So ayuuun, sharing para sa mga mommy and parents na gusto pasukin ang freelance world.

"Walang madali sa umpisa, lahat pinag hihirapan"

Sana na inspire ko kayo, at wag umasa sa kaka post at hanap ng "baka may alam kayong work from home dyan" gawan nyo ng plan and action. Wag puro gusto lang and drawings sa life.
