PNP ARRESTS REGION 4A MOST WANTED PERSON IN CAINTA FOR SEXUAL OFFENSES

The Philippine National Police, under the leadership of PNP Chief PGEN Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr., arrested a Region 4A Most Wanted Person on May 11, 2026 at Cainta, Rizal for multiple cases of Sexual Assault, Lascivious Conduct, and R**e.

Personnel of Cainta Municipal Police Station (MPS), with support from Cavite Provincial Police Office (PPO), served a Warrant of Arrest against the accused for two counts of Sexual Assault with bail set at PhP240,000.00 per count, four counts of Lascivious Conduct with total bail amounting to PhP800,000.00, and one count of R**e with no bail recommended. The arrested individual is now under the custody of Cainta MPS for proper disposition and legal proceedings.

The operation reflects the PNP Focused Agenda, a transformation framework aimed at strengthening police service delivery. Anchored on key priorities such as enhanced managing police operations and integrity monitoring, it supports sustained efforts to locate and apprehend wanted persons while ensuring accountability in the enforcement of warrants.

PNP Chief PGEN Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr. emphasized accountability and protection of victims:“We are committed to making sure that those facing serious charges are properly brought before the courts so justice can take its course. Hindi kami titigil hangga’t hindi naihaharap sa batas ang mga sangkot sa mabibigat na krimen.”
