MHJ Office Machines is an Authorized Xerox Service Provider for the Xerox line of Phaser printers and multifunctional machines. Peak-Ryzex service engineers have been trained and certified to repair Xerox printers and multifunctional printers. Xerox has selected Peak-Ryzex to provide printer break fix support directly for some Xerox locations including support for Genicom printers in Honolulu Hawaii.

Xerox Printer Repair Certifications
For the past 14 years, MHJ Office Machines has been providing support as a Xerox Designated Third Party Maintainer (DTPM).
In 2009, MHJ Office Machines became a Xerox Authorized Break/Fix Service Provider. As a member of this program, Xerox subcontracts MHJ to perform printer break fix onsite service on a much larger scale for Xerox's customers. MHJ Office Machines is only one of a few companies selected to be in this program.
Xerox Service Options
MHJ Office Machines offers nationwide onsite and time and material support on Xerox printers. MHJ technicians are certified to install and de-install Xerox printers.

Nationwide coverage includes the Cavite, NCR and nearby provinces.
