Megaworld Corp. is expanding its 84-hectare Ilocandia Coastown in Laoag City by developing a first-of-its-kind beach club along a 1.4-kilometer coastline, the company announced on April 27, 2026.

The project follows the sales success of the township’s residential village. Inspired by the tropical atmosphere of Sentosa Island in Singapore, the Ilocandia Beach Club will serve as the premier lifestyle hub for Megaworld’s first integrated township in the Ilocos Region.
