How do you take care of your eyes if you’re a SMM?

One of my goal this year was to lessen my phone screen time because I realized that I’ve been on my phone and laptop for hours everyday! But we can’t deny that when you’re a Social Media Manager you need to be updated with the trends and always check social media platforms (which changes everyday!)
