The Municipality of Concepcion, through the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) and the Local Youth Development Office (LYDO), successfully conducted the Launching of Municipal Ordinance No. 01-2026 and the Kabataan Kontra Droga at Terorismo (KKDAT) Federation Election on May 14, 2026, at the Municipal Auditorium, Concepcion, Iloilo.

The activity was actively participated in by the PYAP and BCA Presidents from the different barangays of the municipality, together with youth leaders who united in support of programs promoting youth empowerment, peace, and community development. The event featured informative discussions on illegal drugs, mental health, leadership, and values formation, aiming to strengthen the role of the youth in nation-building and responsible citizenship.

The event aimed to strengthen camaraderie, encourage active youth participation, and promote awareness and responsibility among the young people of Concepcion.
