𝗔 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘆𝗮𝘀! 🎉

Our heartfelt congratulations and thanks to 𝗖𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗻 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 and 𝗜𝗹𝗼𝗶𝗹𝗼 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 for proudly representing Region VI at the recently concluded 2026 TechQuest: National Robotics Challenge for Academia in Makati City.

Organized by the DigiPlus Foundation in partnership with the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), is a nationwide program that inspires students to explore robotics, coding, engineering, and innovation—helping shape the next generation of digital leaders. 💡🤖

More than just a competition, it is a space where students can showcase their creativity, teamwork, and hard work on a national stage. This year, our Region VI representatives truly made us proud.

We proudly celebrate 𝗖𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗻 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 for finishing as 2𝙣𝙙 𝙍𝙪𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙧-𝙐𝙥, earning 2 iPads and Advanced Robotics Kits, and receiving the 𝙈𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙞𝙥𝙡𝙮 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙂𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝘼𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙙, where their school will also have its wish granted under the Program. 🏆

With this achievement, they will also represent the Philippines in an international robotics competition in Vietnam.🌏🤖

To both teams, thank you for giving your best and carrying the pride of Western Visayas with you. You’ve made us all proud. 💙

𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝟏 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐋𝐂𝐃𝐁 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓

The ILCDB Partner Summit 2025 with the theme "𝐖𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐚 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐡𝐚𝐧", was successfully held last December 4, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Hotel Del Rio, Iloilo City, bringing together our valued partners and stakeholders for an engaging day of collaboration and shared commitment. The program featured meaningful networking, a comprehensive presentation on ILCDB’s mandate and accomplishments, and an interactive panel discussion that encouraged active insights and conversation among participants.

The summit also highlighted the 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭, action planning sessions, and the awarding of certificates and plaques of appreciation to our partners. The event concluded with the presentation of key recommendations, closing remarks, and another round of networking that strengthened connections and future collaborations.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all Resource Persons, Partners, and Stakeholders who contributed to making this event impactful and productive. Together, we move forward in building a more connected, empowered, and future-ready Philippines.

✨ 𝐒𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐊 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐧 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐕𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝟐.𝟎: 𝐀 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐦 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐈-𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 ✨

The SPARK Technical Training on General Virtual Assistance 2.0 successfully commenced with Day 0: Participant Orientation, setting the stage for a comprehensive and transformative learning experience.

The face-to-face training was conducted from November 25–29, 2025 at the 𝐃𝐓𝐂 𝐖𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐬, 𝐃𝐈𝐂𝐓 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐕𝐈, 𝐈𝐥𝐨𝐢𝐥𝐨 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲, from 𝟖:𝟎𝟎 𝐀𝐌 𝐭𝐨 𝟓:𝟎𝟎 𝐏𝐌.

Throughout the training, participants were guided by the resource person, 𝐌𝐬. 𝐊𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐳𝐮𝐞𝐥𝐚, as they explored enhanced digital workflows, AI-powered tools, and the evolving role of virtual assistance in today’s technology-driven environment.

The week concluded with participants gaining strengthened digital competencies and a renewed commitment to embracing innovation through SPARK.
