Opportunity

A Weavers BPO client has an exciting opportunity for a growth-driven experienced HR professional looking further their career into the recruitment and career mentoring space.

Here’s what your day looks like

You will prospect, generate, and convert new corporate clients and candidates, i.e. job applicants and interns.
You will grow and maintain a portfolio of clients and candidates.
You will build and foster long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
You will screen and match candidates with different job opportunities.
You will help boost candidates’ hiring rate by customizing their resumes and cover letters according to the job specifications as well as participate in mock interviews.


What we’re looking for

At least 3 years of work experience in HR.
Intermediate knowledge in recruitment.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to speak with charisma, confidence, and authority over the phone.
An expert in writing with strong attention to detail.
Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks according to importance and urgency with a healthy drive to meet and exceed set goals.
Willing to work in an office setting.
