Nobody knows how many times you have died at night and face each morning with courage, as if you are not scared of what’s to come. Thank you for facing the world despite the rage inside you. 🌼

To the eldest daughter who had to carry the weight of it all,

I’m sorry if you had to learn responsibility at a young age. Thank you for always looking after everyone, for fixing what’s broken, for being the defender and problem-solver, and for showing up every day with strength.

I know you had to face and do everything on your own, and how you wish someone would do the same for you. I hope you find it. Be proud of yourself for all the love you have always given. Take up space and know that while you can hold a lot, you are also allowed to break, to be angry, and to want things for yourself.

The world will still spin even if you stop taking punches for a while.
