The signing of clearance for students will start on March 23, 2026.

REQUIREMENTS:

Registered students – Borrower’s Card
Non-registered students – Original Registration Form (RF)

NOTE:
Borrowing of library materials is no longer allowed after the clearance has been signed.

Students from the following departments are advised to proceed to their respective assigned libraries:

CBA & CAS – Main Library
Graduate School – Graduate School Library
COE, CME, and SHS – RTS Campus Library

Please be informed that Library Card Registration will start on June 27, 2025.

🗓 Schedule:
Monday to Saturday
• Morning: 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM
• Afternoon: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM

✅ Requirements:
• Registration Form (RF)
• Two (2) pieces of 1x1 ID pictures (latest)

📌 NOTE:
• Engineering and Senior High School students – please proceed to the RTS Campus Library.
• CBA and CAS students – please proceed to the Main Library.
• Graduate Studies students – please proceed to the Graduate School Library.
